• Cubed watermelon

• Cubed feta

• Chopped cucumbers 

• Fresh spearmint leaves, torn

• Roasted pine nuts, optional

• drench Citrus Honey Vin

• drench Balsamic Fig Vin​

Toss citrus honey vin with arugula
Top with cubed watermelon, cubed feta and torn mint leaves.
Can also do melon balls
Drizzle with Bal Fig Vin
