Frequently asked questions

Why does my dressing separate? Is it spoiled?

The appearance of drench dressing is natural, we do not use preservatives, thickeners, or emulsifiers. Separation is natural and as long as it is refrigerated properly after opening, separation does not indicate spoliage. Shake well before drenching your greens.

Do I have to refrigerate my dressing?

Yes and No! Prior to opening, your dressing does not need to be refrigerated. However, once opened it must be refrigerated and consumed within 60-90 days, within the "consume by date" on the bottle.

Tamari is made from fermented soy beans and is a high quality gluten free soy sauce alternative.
