It's smooth & balanced and gets its light sweetness using organic orange juice, California figs, and a touch of honey. Try it drizzled on a caprese salad, cobb salad, Michigan salad or a Greek style salad! It is wonderful on anything with goat cheese or feta and makes a great finishing sauce on roasted brussels sprouts or roasted beets. You'll fall in love!

How To Take Care Of Me
Shake well before each use, as natural separation will occur.
Oil may solidify. If oil solidifies naturally, let stand at room temperature.
Refrigerate after opening.
Use within 30 days after opening.
